Vault space by rank

Players without a rank have no vault. Star adds no vault space. See Ranks.
Good to know
- opens your second vault.
- Vaults save when you close them, every 30 seconds and on a restart.
- Moving to a smaller rank never loses items: a vault always shows everything stored in it.
- Show a vault in chat with
[vault 1]. See Chat.
